I. Recruitment
Job Requirements
Advertising
We receive your job advert, job descriptions and person specifications. Our team evaluates prospective candidates already listed in our resume database.
We promote your vacancies through our extensive networks in the Philippines (hospitals, healthcare facilities, and universities) and the United Kingdom (nursing associations, diaspora communities).
Shortlisting
Interviews
Applicants are evaluated based on their skills and suitability to the placement, and shortlisted based on your specified criteria.
We schedule interviews (online or face-to-face, depending on your preference). While we prepare the candidates, the final selection is entirely yours.
II. Employment
Document Verification
We check and verify all legal documents required for deployment. This ensures compliance with Filipino and British regulations.
Deployment Assistance
We accompany successful candidates to international airports in the Philippines, meet them upon arrival in the UK, and help them arrive at staff accommodation.
III. Post-Deployment
Pastoral Care and Integration
We provide guidance and support to help recruits adapt to their new role and environment.
OSCE Preparation
We offer intensive OSCE training, book their exams, and accompany them to the test centre on exam day.
Support and Development
We assist OSCE passers with their NMC registration process, and continue to provide support, including skills enhancement and career development opportunities.
