Parties and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the website www.royalfilipinoresources.com.ph and any services offered by Royal Filipino Resources Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the website or our services (including applying for job placements, submitting candidate or client information), you (“you”, “user”, “applicant”, “client”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

If you do not accept these T&Cs, please do not use the website or our services.

Eligibility and use of site

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent) to use our services.

  • You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including immigration, labour and placement laws in the Philippines and overseas jurisdictions).

  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when using the site (e.g., in applications, profiles).

  • You must not misuse the site (hack, interfere with security, upload malicious content, misrepresent identity, etc).

Services and placement

  • We operate as an overseas recruitment agency placing Filipino professionals in healthcare, education and other sectors internationally.

  • We will match applicants with opportunities, verify job orders, liaise with clients and provide support.

  • We do not guarantee placement, employment, or that any specific job offer will be provided.

  • Applicants and clients must meet the requirements of the overseas employer, host country immigration/visa regulations, and any other conditions. We are not responsible for their non-compliance.

Fees & Payments

  • We do not charge applicants placement fees; we only charge our clients (employers) for recruitment services.

  • If any fee is payable by you (e.g., for optional services), it will be clearly disclosed before you agree to pay.

  • All payments must be made via approved payment methods and in the currency stipulated.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made when due.

Content and intellectual property
 

  • All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos) is owned or licensed by us unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
     

User-provided information & privacy
 

  • By submitting information (including personal data, CVs, profiles) you grant us permission to use, store and process that data for the purposes of recruitment, placement, matching with employers, verification and related services.

  • We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link provided).

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (if any) secure and for all activities under your account.
     

Warranties & disclaimers

  • We endeavour to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that the website or services will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will meet your specific expectations.

  • We exclude (to the fullest extent permitted by law) all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, even if we knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
     

Limitation of liability

  • Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be limited to the amount (if any) you paid to us in the preceding 12 months under the agreement giving rise to the claim.

  • Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
     

Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these T&Cs or your use of the website or our services.

  • 10. Termination and suspension

  • We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website or our services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these T&Cs or for any other reason.

  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these T&Cs will immediately cease, and you must stop using the website and any services.
     

Changes to T&Cs
 

  • We may revise these T&Cs from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the website with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
     

Governing law and jurisdiction
